MacArthur's airman

Not as good as General Kenny Reports but it did show how the General worked under the harshest circumstances and got the job done. It just goes to show you how great our US Military and civilians worked together to defeat the Japanese during WWII.

I'm giving this book 3 1/2 stars. I was disappointed in this biography because it seems lifeless and listless, completely at odds with the General who was its subject, and who was as pithy as Winston Churchill.

It was a general review of MacArthur's airmen services. I was looking for a more specific information on the 13th Air Force.
