A wonderful book that must be read by anyone who has ever thought of seeking to learn to be a chef. The book is very entertaining and you get some great recipes as well.

I never would have thought I'd enjoy a book about food and learning to cook at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris..... I pulled it at the last minute from the library shelf in case I couldn't deal with the heaviness of my other choice....

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this book, from the unpretentious writing, down to the mellifluous voice of the narrator who made each of Flinn's dishes sound mouth-watering - even if I never would have made it in a million years. It was interesting to read a modern-day "behind-the-scenes" perspective at Le Cordon Bleu.
